FishEye runs on your own servers. A plan sets which modules you get and how large a network it covers. Pay monthly, or pay for ten months and get twelve.

Prices are in US dollars. South African buyers are quoted in rand instead, excluding VAT, with VAT added where it applies. The rand list is fixed and reviewed once a year, so your invoice does not move with the exchange rate. Monthly is the default. A year is paid up front.

Questions
The server is the machine FishEye runs on. A probe is a small agent on a Linux machine at another of your sites that pings, checks and traces from there, so you see your network from more than one place. An endpoint agent is a small service on a Windows or Linux computer that reports what that computer sees: its gateway and FishEye round trips, its Wi-Fi, and checks to the services its user relies on.
A target is one device FishEye polls over SNMP, or one check it runs, such as a ping, HTTP, DNS or path MTU check. A check counts once, however many probes run it. Devices found through a UniFi controller do not count.
Adding a target past the limit is refused, with a message that says so. In a bulk import, the rows past the limit are marked as such and the rest are added. Nothing that is already running stops. Endpoint agents work the same way: past the limit, a new agent cannot enrol, and revoking an agent frees its place at once.
Nothing is removed or switched off. You cannot add targets until you are back under the new limit.
A banner warns you, and a 30-day grace period starts. After that, settings and updates lock until a new licence is installed. Monitoring, alerts and sign-in keep working, so when you renew there is no gap in your history.
Monthly is the default. Annual is paid up front at ten months’ price, which is two months free. Either way, the licence is a signed file your server checks itself, with no call to us.
Rand prices are for South African buyers and exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies. Everyone else pays the US dollar price.
No. FishEye does not change your routing; it watches it. It reads the flow records your routers send, and its collectors never write to a device. It never announces, filters or steers anything.
T4 is for a network beyond T3: more than 10,000 targets, more than 20 probes, more than 1,000 endpoint agents, or terms of your own. It is priced by quote. Talk to us and tell us what you run.
